Play On!
by Rick Abbott
August 2006
This fun play is about an amateur theatre company (sounds very familiar) preparing for a play called Murder Most Foul.
The play starts at the rehearsal stage and takes us right through to a disastrous dress rehearsal and an interesting first night. A process that among other things is not helped by an author who is constantly rewriting the script, a very stroppy director, the sacarstic Saul who enjoys a drink too many and an on stage relationship which seems to be extending to an off stage one too. All this could lead to trouble, if Murder Most Foul makes it to a second night.
Performances are at 7.15pm on Thursday 24th August ~ Saturday 26th August 2006, in the main hall at Murray Park School.
